There may be no fee at all, but if your situation is more complex, or the lender does not pay us a fee or commission, or the mortgage amount is less than £150,000 then a fee may become payable. Should a fee be payable our minimum charge is £150 and the maximum is £1,000, payable on mortgage offer. Our average fee is £500. We may receive a fee or commission from the lender in addition to the fee charged to you. The amount we receive will be disclosed on the key facts illustration you will receive relating to your chosen product.
